This workout program is intended for general fitness and educational purposes. Speak with a healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, joint pain, injuries, dizziness, breathing problems, or other medical concerns.

Workout Rules

  • Stop if you feel chest pain, severe dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or sharp pain.
  • Move slowly and use proper form.
  • Do not train through joint pain.
  • Rest longer when needed.
  • Drink water before, during, and after exercise.
  • Beginner modifications are encouraged.
